Mr. Griffin is a senior attorney with Emerzian Shankar Legal Inc. 

For the firm’s municipal clients, Mr. Griffin provides city-sponsored eviction defense services, including direct representation of tenants in court.

For the firm’s business, non-profit, and education sector clients, Mr. Griffin provides workplace and school investigation services, and advises on California-specific legal compliance.

Mr. Griffin received his B.A .and J.D. degrees from UC Berkley. During that time, he served on the Executive Board for Technical Editors for the Berkeley Business Law Journal, was a Clinic Associate for New Business Community Law Clinic, and a Project Coordinator for the Berkeley Law Anti-Trafficking Project.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffin worked in plaintiff and defense employment litigation, and volunteered as a pro-bono attorney with Casa Cornelia Law Center in San Diego, California.
