Attorney-Backed HR Consulting Support – Your Outsourced HR Team

ES Legal uses experienced HR professionals and paralegals to provide HR consulting services to your organization, virtually and on-site as needed. ES Legal assists your organization with day-to-day HR needs as follows: onboarding employees, personnel file management, performance management discussions and conducting employee evaluation meetings, disability accommodations and leaves of absence requests, assisting in responding to workplace concerns, compensation reviews and salary banding projects, terminations and offboarding of employees. Services may include a confidential, privileged HR function audit conducted by the assigned consultant at the direction of an ES Legal attorney. Annual trainings are also provided, for example: Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (required by CA law), Manager Training – Wage & Hour Compliance, Manager Training – Human Resources Law 101, Trauma Informed HR Practices, and Annual New HR Laws presentation, or other trainings upon request.
