Ms. Bennett provides paralegal support to the firm’s attorneys, including litigation case management, court filings, legal research, fact-gathering and document management, investigation report writing and editing, clerical and other administrative support, and preparation of legal correspondence, motions, and other pleadings. 

Ms. Bennett has significant experience as a legal support professional, and provides excellent customer service and project management support to the firm’s clients.

Ms. Bennett is a graduate from Fresno Pacific University, and earned a paralegal certificate from Fresno City College. Prior to joining Emerzian Shankar Legal, Ms. Bennett worked at other local private sector law firms and interned at the Fresno public defender’s office.
