Brynae Emerzian has been part of the team since the firm was established in 2018.  Over the years, Ms. Emerzian has served in many areas and grown her overall expertise within the firm.  She currently serves in the joint roles of Senior Paralegal and Chief of Operations.  As a paralegal, Ms. Emerzian’s practice focuses on supporting the firm’s workplace and school investigations work, including investigation report writing and document management.  

As COO, Ms. Emerzian brings to the team her expertise in operations, human resources, project management and organizational efficiency improvements. 

Ms. Emerzian is a graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning, and subsequently continued her professional development with coursework through UCLA Extension.  

She previously worked as a management-level employee for a local home builder where she managed both projects and people, owned and operated her own interior design firm, and served as lead project and design manager for a local construction firm.  

Ms. Emerzian has a son, Ed, and three rescue pups – Maple, Peppie Pickles and TB Roy – that keep her busy outside of work.  Ms. Emerzian also enjoys a good book with a cup of coffee from a locally owned shop.
