The HR Audit: $3,950 for the Initial Risk Assessment

Includes an attorney-client privileged and confidential audit of your current HR practices to identify areas of risk in the following areas:

  • onboarding
  • personnel files
  • I9 compliance
  • performance management
  • wage & hour
  • payroll practices
  • leaves of absence
  • harassment & discrimination response
  • disabled worker accommodations
  • terminations
  • offboarding procedures

A verbal report is provided to the owner, executive, or HR director, which identifies risks and makes recommendations for risk mitigation. An additional written report will be provided upon request for an additional fee depending on the length and complexity of the written analysis provided.
