Two hours, with the first hour for all staff and the second hour for supervisors only. The training is compliant with California legal requirements and includes information on communication strategies, professionalism, and an intro to supervisor skill development for trauma-informed HR practices. The training can be virtual, or in-person. Additional travel fees may apply for clients outside of the Madera/Fresno/Clovis area.
