Mr. Satanovsky is an attorney with Emerzian Shankar Legal Inc. Mr. Satanovsky brings to the firm significant courtroom and investigation experience, as well as an aptitude for research and writing in complex areas of the law. Mr. Satanovsky provides a wide array of both transactional and litigation services to the firms’ clients. Mr. Satanovsky provides representation in landlord-tenant disputes through the City of Fresno’s eviction protection program. He also serves as an investigator and decision-maker in in Title IX and harassment/discrimination cases for public agencies, private business, and colleges & universities.
Mr. Satanovsky earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mr. Satanovsky subsequently earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law where he was honored with Witkin Awards for academic excellence in Federal Evidence, Death Penalty Law, & Law and Religion courses. He also served as a student attorney at the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic.
Mr. Satanovsky has a strong criminal defense and appellate background, having practiced in several areas of the country, and also served as an instructor at Northern Arizona University.
